Celebrating 25 years!!! In our 25 years of catering, many changes have taken place, both within our company and around us!   In 1985, when we purchased the former "Adelines Catering", weddings did not vary too much, tradition was often met.   The fun and challenges of the 2000's, is in the fact that there is no tradition and the sky is the limit as far as choices and selections.  No more bridesmaids wearing floppy hats and groomsmen sporting ruffles under their wide bow ties.......and the menu's and tastes of our happy couples have changed as well.   We welcome these changes, no matter how challenging they can sometimes be.    We continue to throw ourselves into furthering our education in the culinary world around us!    We still continue to offer traditional catering alternatives but have added and will continue to add new, unique and creative menu ideas and presentations to keep up with our modern wedding couples.   We look forward to being part of your special day!     

Most of our menus in this website include china tableservice and linen napkins.  Disposable tableservice is still available and a price reduction will be made if you opt for this service.  Our new menu offers more menu selections, more unique styles, and even more options.  Don't forget that we can customize your menu to exactly meet your desires and needs...........we believe that the right fit between a caterer and client is as important as the fit of your wedding dress!  Pricing on this website is valid for events that take place in 2010.

Traditional and Creative Catering.   We have been catering since 1985.   We have catered hundreds of weddings and no two have ever been the same.    Your wedding day is YOUR day and we wish to help you customize and personalize to match your style and tastes!

You will find many suggested menus in this web site, however, you are not restricted to any of the menus or styles.   Please contact us for an appointment to discuss the personalization of your day.

 We are Adeline Leigh Catering, Celebrating our 25th year in the catering business.  

We beleive in offering good quality food and menu items at affordable prices, with an eye appealing flair!

We truly enjoy what we do and are dedicated to providing the best possible service.

Anne Sternberger is our event Coordinator.    Anne enjoys working with Brides and Grooms to customize and personalize their special day.

Leeann and Keith Humphrey are the owners.    Both have extensive and varied food service backgrounds and are part of the every day operations.

Our team of service and kitchen staff come from varied backgrounds and total many years of combined experience.   Together, we form a wonderful combination of talents!

We operate from our commercially licensed kitchen in Wyoming, Michigan.   We provide catering for all of Western Lower Michigan as well as the Lansing and Central Michigan Areas.
